Do not enter dates in the title, preamble, or description. Dates are handled in the Dates step.
This means you won't need to update the text fields for each new booking, and the listing stays clear over time.
Title
Be clear that the listing is for shared accommodation. Feel free to mention the number of beds or a key feature (e.g. sauna, parking, or proximity to the route).
Short preamble
Summarise who the accommodation suits and what the guest gets. Keep it short and concrete so it works well in search results.
Description
Describe the setup clearly: what is included, which areas are shared, and practical info about parking and check-in. Check-in/out times are set in a later step, distance to start/finish is calculated by the system, and rules go in the House rules field.
Capacity
Enter realistic capacity for this specific listing. For entire place: number of guests, bedrooms, and bathrooms. For shared accommodation: number of bookable beds. Clear capacity reduces misunderstandings and wrong bookings.
Amenities
Only mark what is actually available for this listing. If something is shared or costs extra, state that clearly in the description.
