Listing guide for hosts

We recommend reading through this the first time you create a listing. You can always come back and adjust later.

How many listings should you create?

Think primarily about how the guest should be able to book. Start simple with one listing and add more if you want to sell different setups.

One listing is often enough

If you always rent out the whole place, create one listing for the whole place. The same applies if you only rent out a single room: one room listing is enough.

Multiple rooms = multiple listings

If you rent out rooms separately, create one room listing per room.

Combine if needed

You can have one listing for the whole place and separate room listings at the same time.
